Live environment modification

Design from concept through detail design, Rockwell constructed an additional cold room to serve future needs for product storage. Rockwell were the HVAC, Mechanical and design contractor for the project.

Scope of project: 

  • Design of complete systems & preparation of tender documentation & drawings.
  • Supply & installation of HVAC system including AHU, Dehumidifiers, Extract Fans & chillers.
  • Supply and installation of all ducting and inline equipment as per schedules and drawings.
  • Equipment, utility piping, pipework steel supports and ductwork supports.
  • All electrical services including power / control cabling, secondary containment, cable tray & conduit.
  • Fingerprinting of systems prior to installation and commissioning of systems after installation.
  • Heat mapping of cold room.
  • Walk downs and system handover.
  • Attendance at commissioning.
  • Project handover
