Rockwell’s
building blocks

Our Values

These are the values that anchor all that we do. The values that have helped to build us, sustain us, and continue to help us grow. These are what make us Rockwell.

People & Relationships

We value our team, our partners and our customers. Fostering warm, open, collaborative relationships wherever possible. Helping each other, working together, all rowing in the same direction.

Trust

We trust in, believe in, and encourage our team. Empowering them with the responsibility to deliver amazing work, giving them the freedom to show initiative, and encouraging them to develop themselves.

Integrity

We believe in doing what’s right, always. We value honesty, directness and transparency. Maintaining open lines of communication, being fair and truthful in all our dealings.

Passion

We’re passionate about the ongoing success of our team, our people, our customers, our partners. We persevere no matter what, with a commitment and determination to always deliver on our promises.

Precision

We value the precision it takes to deliver complex projects at scale. To plan, manufacture and execute all that we do requires detail, care, and attentiveness.

We’re given the freedom, trust and responsibility to progress professionally and personally. We’re supported in the day-to-day, but always encouraged to take ownership of our work. That’s a great balance.
