Pfizer Grange Castle.

Drug Substance Building HVAC installation Our works scope covered the entire HVAC installation for the largest process building on the site, including the supply and installation of all HVAC equipment, terminal filters, airflow measuring devices, reheat batteries etc.

Centocor

Provided complete HVAC services for a new process plant in Ringaskiddy. Including the provision of services to production spaces, office and administration areas and clean rooms.

Shannon Airport US Customs pre clearance

Provided full mechanical and electrical services installation for new customs clearance area. Provided complete HVAC installation including all air handling plant, distribution ductwork system and in- line equipment. Installed complete electrical system including main boards and local distribution, transformers, access control and CCTV, small power and lighting and all associated testing, commissioning and handover documentation. Provide LPHW and Chilled Water connection to new AHUs and reheat coils. Supply and Install new BMS outstations and integrate with existing control system. Supply and install two no. 1200kW centrifugal chillers.

Provided clean room envelope and HVAC installation to new drug production facility and administration/warehouse area.

This project consisted of the installation and commissioning of the complete mechanical services package for a new production facility with an administration block and warehousing.
Installed services included LPHW and boiler plant, chilled water system, central AHU plant and air distribution network. In addition we provided an ultra clean air system with central plant and distribution network.
All systems were tested, commissioned and qualified to strict client requirements.
